1. General

Welcome to SEEK (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SEEK website at seekfashion.ng and any purchases you make through our platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices on our website are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and to cancel or refuse orders placed at incorrect prices.

Product colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in monitor settings. We strive to display colours as accurately as possible.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD payments. Full payment is required before your order is processed and shipped.

Pre-orders: Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. Production begins after payment is confirmed. Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, as production will have commenced.

Ready-to-ship orders: Ready-to-ship items are charged at the time of purchase. Delivery details and fees are confirmed after your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Nigeria only. Delivery fees are confirmed after your order is placed.

Delivery timelines are communicated to you after your order is placed. These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including public holidays, weather conditions, and logistics disruptions.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by you.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@seekfashion.ng with your order number and reason for return.

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Pre-order items are made specifically for your order, and we cannot accept returns on custom-produced goods.

The following items are non-returnable: intimates, swimwear, earrings (for hygiene reasons), items marked as “Final Sale,” and gift cards.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of SEEK and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, SEEK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our services or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
